Odds of 3/2 (“three-to-two”) imply that the punter stands to make £300 profit on a £200 stake. To turn fractional (British) odds into decimal (favoured in continental Europe), a punter should divide the numerator 3 on the denominator 2 and add 1. Thus, 3/2+1 = 2,5.
